You can see from the address at the top of this letter that Les Baer Custom’s long awaited move to our new state of the art facilities is finally a reality. Somehow, we survived all the construction, the massive move, and all the adjustments that have to be made when you physically relocate your entire operation to a new building. Now we’re enjoying our new quarters, the additional space and all the advantages that go with that.

Some things, however, haven’t changed, like our commitment to building the best 1911 custom pistols and AR style rifles on the planet. After more than a quarter-century in the business, Les Baer Custom is still dedicated to supplying the world’s finest firearms to serious shooters who know good guns, who insist on the best, and whose guns are an important part of their livelihoods. Sometimes, their guns are also a big reason why these professionals stay alive. It’s because we build guns for those people … the cops, the tactical operators, the military special ops guys, the firearms trainers and the competition shooters…that our firearms are also in such demand by non-professionals who demand the best value and the very best performance for their dollar.

What’s the big news from Les Baer Custom besides our recent move? Well…

• Our new high capacity pistol in .40 S&W has been a tremendous success. As we expected, there are still a lot of knowledgeable people who still like a pistol that functions like a traditional 1911 but can hold up to 19 rounds (18 + 1) of high performance ammunition at a time.
  
• The new Police Special AR rifle we introduced last year, specially built and equipped for police use, has also been successful. Law enforcement officers have been very appreciative of all the thoughtful features, up to and including a 16” barrel.
  
• Les Baer Custom is now offering its customers Nightforce scopes, among the world’s most technologically advanced optics. We tested Nightforce scopes extensively before we chose to include them as options with our rifles. They are truly amazing, and we are proud to offer them either packaged with any of our rifles or as separate items for discriminating shooters.

• All four members have ranked as masters in Conventional and/or International pistol;
  
• Three of the four have won the distinguished service pistol award. Mary Lou won hers within one calendar year!).
