Les Baer Custom currently has a limited number of openings for experienced pistolsmiths in our custom shop. 1911 experience required. Les Baer Custom builds the highest quality, best performing 1911 custom pistols in the world and our customers expect no less. So we will only consider craftsmen who take pride in their work, with a demonstrated work ethic, and whose desire for perfection is as strong as our own.
